Fiona has over nineteen years experience as a Practice Manager and Business Manager. She has managed a number of Sydney medical practices ranging from solo GP to the flagship of a corporate medical practice, and disciplines including GP, specialist and allied health. As a Practice Management consultant Fiona has considerable experience in practice set up, human resource management, marketing, business review and strategic development. Fiona is a Fellow of AAPM, was the founder of the AAPM Sydney Practice Managers Network, a director on the board of Central Sydney GP Network, and has served on several advisory committees for the Medicare Local, GP Network, & NEHTA. She is also an accreditation co-surveyor for AGPAL. Her special interests are business development, innovation and health business marketing digital communication.

Cathy has thirty years experience in the health care industry, including over ten in primary care management of general practice, ensuring extensive familiarity with the Australian health care system especially operations and government compliance requirements. Cathy has also had two years experience surveying general practices across Australia against the standards set by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Cathy’s nursing background results in a specialised focus on clinical governance and set up, medico-legal risk management and strategic growth and development of health services
