Fiona has over nineteen years experience as a Practice Manager and Business Manager. She has managed a number of Sydney medical practices ranging from solo GP to the flagship of a corporate medical practice, and disciplines including GP, specialist and allied health. As a Practice Management consultant Fiona has considerable experience in practice set up, human resource management, marketing, business review and strategic development. Fiona is a Fellow of AAPM, was the founder of the AAPM Sydney Practice Managers Network, a director on the board of Central Sydney GP Network, and has served on several advisory committees for the Medicare Local, GP Network, & NEHTA. She is also an accreditation co-surveyor for AGPAL. Her special interests are business development, innovation and health business marketing digital communication.

Belle has over ten years experience in the Australian health industry, and five years experience in Practice Management. Belle has been a part of the Synergize team for two years, and assists Fiona with consulting projects, particularly with receptionist training and development. She has a special interest in customer service and care, reception procedure development, receptionist mentoring, and administration recruiting.
